上海交通大学国家电投智慧能源创新学院2025年诚邀全球英才

上海交通大学国家电投智慧能源创新学院(简称“智慧能源创新学院”)于20201229正式挂牌成立,是上海交通大学与国家电力投资集团有限公司强强联合创建的交大二级学院和办学特区,学院坐落于交大闵行校区,集人才培养、科学研究、成果转化为一体,着力促进教育链、人才链、产业链、创新链的有效衔接,培养引领现代能源产业发展的复合型、创新型、实践型人才,打造高校与企业高质量发展的新引擎,为国家的“碳达峰”“碳中和”提供有力的科技和人才支撑。

01、人才培养

学院秉承“强基础、促交叉、重实践、国际化”人才培养理念,构建跨学科育人体系,形成了交叉融合、优势互补的鲜明特色,培养复合型、创新型人才。学院成功获批国内首个“智慧能源工程”本科专业并于2022年开始招生,目前本、硕、博在读学生437人。

02、师资队伍

学院现有全职教师及博士后58人,其中院士1人,高级职称31人,入选国家级人才计划专家15人次,入选上海市人才计划专家31人次。

03、科研与学科建设

学院牵头承担上海高校Ⅳ类高峰高原学科“上海非碳基能源转换与利用研究院”建设和国家能源局“十四五”第一批国家能源研发创新平台建设项目“数字化低碳能源系统重点实验室”,以国家重大需求为导向,开展非碳基能源转换与利用和智慧能源研究,承担了国家自然基金重大、重点项目,国家重点研发计划项目,上海市重大科技专项等一大批国家和地方重要项目。上海交通大学依托学院与国家电投集团共同设立“未来能源计划”基金,聚焦未来能源前瞻性变革性技术,为我国能源绿色转型提供科技支撑。

学院建有国内首个“智慧能源示范校园”,打造了智慧能源数字化平台、虚拟电厂仿真模拟平台和直流微电网系统,为智慧能源跨学科融合和应用示范树立了标杆。目前,学院正在重点建设“AI+能源“学科和智慧能源硕士、博士专业,致力于推动AI技术在能源领域的深度应用。

学院下设智慧能源研究院及“碳捕集与利用研究中心”“新型电力系统智慧运行与控制研究中心”“数字核能研究所”“新型电力系统技术经济研究所”。

Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) and State Power Investment Group Corporation (SPIC) officially launched the College of Smart Energy on December 29, 2020, which is a platform for the integration of industry and education and a special zone for school running, talent cultivation, scientific research, and achievement transformation, creating a new engine for the high-quality development of universities and enterprises and providing powerful science and technology for “dual carbon” ( carbon peak and carbon neutrality).

About Us

Talent Cultivation

CSE adheres to the talent development philosophy of strengthening foundations, promoting interdisciplinary integration, emphasizing practice, and fostering internationalization. It has established an interdisciplinary education system characterized by cross-integration and complementary strengths, cultivating versatile and innovative talents. The College has successfully obtained approval for the first undergraduate program in Smart Energy Engineering inChina, which began enrollment in 2022. Currently, there are 437 students enrolled in undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs.

Faculty

CSE has currently 58 full-time faculty members and postdoctoral researchers. CSE has 1 academician of theChineseAcademyof Engineering, 15 national high-level experts, 31 experts selected in relevant talent programs ofShanghai.

Scientific Research & Discipline Development

CSE spearheads the construction of the Shanghai Non-Carbon-Based Energy Conversion and Utilization Research Institute, a top-tier discipline project under the Shanghai Higher Education IV-Class Peak and Plateau Discipline Initiative, and the Key Laboratory of Digital Low-Carbon Energy Systems, a national energy R&D innovation platform project in the first batch of the 14th Five-Year Plan by the National Energy Administration. Guided by major national needs, the College conducts research on non-carbon-based energy conversion and utilization, as well as smart energy, and has undertaken a significant number of national and local key projects, including major and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, national key R&D programs, and majorShanghaiscience and technology initiatives. In collaboration with the State Power Investment Corporation,ShanghaiJiaoTongUniversityhas established the Future Energy Initiative fund through the College, focusing on forward-looking and transformative technologies for future energy, providing scientific and technological support forChina's green energy transition.

The College has developed a Smart Energy Demonstration Campus, featuring an energy digitalization platform, a virtual power plant simulation platform, and a DC microgrid system, enabling intelligent management and efficient dispatching of campus energy systems. This serves as a benchmark for interdisciplinary integration and application demonstration of smart energy. Currently, the College is advancing the establishment of the “AI + Energy” discipline together with the Master's and Doctoral Programs of Smart Energy, promoting the deep integration and application of AI technologies in the energy sector.

CSE houses the Smart Energy Research Institute, as well as the Carbon Capture and Utilization Research Center, Smart Operation and Control Research Center for New Power Systems, Digital Nuclear Energy Institute, and Techno-Economic Research Institute for New Power Systems.

Tenured Faculty Positions: Chair Professor, Distinguished Professor, Professor, Associate Professor
